Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email support@theohcollective.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or wrong item?
Email us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

Exceptions
We don’t accept returns on personal care items, custom products, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return your item and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary.
